Shelby Medical Associates is the premier multi-specialty internal medicine practicein a growing healthcare market. Our nine physicians provide care in general internal medicine, rheumatology, pulmonary/critical care and sleep medicine. Onsite ancillary services include a full laboratory, radiology department (with mammography, bone densitometry, and ultrasound) and a sleep lab.The successful candidate will be skilled in all aspects of practice management, including oversight of daily operations, financial management, contract negotiations, human resource management, facilities management and marketing/strategic planning. Dynamic leadership and communication skills are a must.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel required. Experience with MISYS/ALLSCRIPTS software preferred.Bachelor degree required. Minimum 5 years experience in a medical practice leadership position required.
