POSITION REQUIREMENTS Our Physician Business Services is currently seeking a PBS TRAINER/QA ANALYST to join our team! This position is responsible for conducting formal (classroom) training and informal (inservice, one-on-one, team meeting) training to Physician Business Services personnel in the usage of application systems and processes surrounding the system usage. Staff located at Physician Business Services and the clinics will rely heavily on the functions provided by application software to perform their required work. This position will be responsible for determining the training needs of the users and developing and delivering that training to appropriate users. This position is also responsible for conducting quality reviews of work performed in the PBS area to include billing, collections, post payment review, call center and cash applications. This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of all PBS policies and procedures. This positions is also responsible for working with the clinic staff on PBS related issues. Will work in a cooperative team environment with other team members and with large groups of users. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or Health Care Administration Three years related experience providing training and guidance with an excellent understanding of operational processes within a Business Office environment required. Experience with business process redesign, training and instruction, policy and procedure development desired. Excellent verbal and written skills required.
