We are seeking a System Director of Health Information Services to provide leadership, direction and administration for the operations of St. Luke’s Health System, Health Information Management (HIM) department. This position initiates, leads and supports the development and implementation of Health Information Management (HIM) best practices for patient health records management, and procedures governing HIM. Coordinates the development of HIM management leadership and has oversight and monitoring responsibilities for all HIM units to meet federal and state regulatory and accreditation standards. Minimum Qualifications:A. Registered Health Information Administration certification required with Masters Degree education preferred. B. Seven to ten years of relevant work experience in a large and complex medical environment. Five to seven years of management experience, with preference given to candidates with leadership experience within multi-facility health systems. C. Ability to travel to all St. Lukes HIM sites at regular intervals.
