Midwest Community Health Associates (MCHA), an established multispecialty group practice based in Northwest Ohio, is seeking a Chief Executive Officer with proven administrative abilities and success. This top leadership position reports to a physician Board of Directors and will be responsible for all aspects of clinic activities, including patient care delivery, strategic planning, marketing, legislative/regulatory issues, and financial performance. MCHA is comprised of 51 physicians in specialty and sub-specialty areas, along with midlevel providers and a staff of 250 across the continuum of care both at the main facility in Bryan, Ohio and 10 satellite branch facilities.The desired candidate will possess an MBA or MHA, with an emphasis in finance, business administration, strategic planning and managerial skills, and have a minimum of 7 years of leadership experience at the CEO level in physician practice management. Other highly sought skills include the ability to establish credibility throughout the organization as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges, communication skills to interact effectively with administration/physicians/staff, and the foresight to spearhead the development and implementation of effective growth strategies.
