-Provides day to day operations for ancillary or assigned departments. -Implements strategy of CEO and COO. -Manages assigned departments efficiently and effectively to maximize quality of services and profits of the hospital. Knowledge: Knowledge of the financial implications of decisions including budgeting and forecasting for a limited number of departments and/or projects is required. Skills: -Must be detail oriented and able to focus on nuances of multiple hospital operations.-Effective communication skills with diverse groups, includingphysicians, managers, and employees is required.Education: -Bachelor´s degree required, Master´s degree preferred.Work experience: -Two to three years of hospital management experience at a mid or seniorlevel.
