Great new group in Ogden, UT looking for an experienced administrator to lead them to an exciting future.
A spine group located in Ogden, UT consists of 3 Neurosurgeons, 1 Anesthesiologist, 3 Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physicians, and 5 Physician Assistants. This is a new practice recently united and poised for success in a great environment with a lot of positive energy and excitement for the future. Because the practice is new, there will be a lot of initial work in establishing policies and procedures in HR, billing, staffing, and accounting. A strong leader who can help establish a positive culture and a strong business plan for success will be essential for this position. Regular duties include managing the day to day operations of the practice including;-Overseeing the business office including billing and A/R management-Staffing and HR leadership-Marketing-Managing general finances of the practice-Business relationships with local hospitals and medical affiliates-Process improvement-Promote and oversee efficient use of the new EMR and practice management systems-Business development and strategic planningRequirements include:-3-5 years minimum in practice management-Bachelors degree, masters preferred-A sound understanding of HR and billing policies -Experience working with and developing processes with an EMR preferred-Sound understanding of business accounting and financial management in a healthcare setting will be important.
