Schedule: Full-time w/ Benefits Shift: Days Hours: 40 hr/wk; Mon - Fri, 7:30am - 4pm Bachelor´s degree required Master´s Degree preferred; Master Black Belt in Lean & Six Sigma Required. 2 - 3 years of operations support experience in a hospital or complex service environment in a process improvement or internal consultant role; exposure to and experienced broad spectrum of hospital departments and functions. Must have demonstrated track record using lean / six sigma methodologies and have led large scale lean / six sigma initiatives. Excellent administrative, analytical, technical, project management and negotiating skills. Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Has responsibility for assisting with development, interpretation, and application of departmental policies, budgets, and project plans. Position provides technical and administrative guidance to senior management on a project basis. Planning, implementing and evaluating process improvements in order to maximally utilize available resources. Stays current on healthcare regulations and practices that may have potential impact on operation.
