THIS IS NOT A YUMA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER POSITION - Individuals who apply for this position will be employed by Diversified Clinical Services who manage comprehensive wound care centers at more than 270 contracted hospitals nationwide (including Yuma Regional Medical Center), allowing hospitals to provide a needed, value-added service to a growing patient population. At this state of the art wound care facility patients receive holistic wound care treatment including resources for healthy living habits dealing with diet, exercise and all aspects of their lives that can aid in their healing process.Position Summary: The Program Director is responsible for implementation, ongoing management and strategic growth of the program: outpatient Wound Care Center, HBO, inpatient and outreach. The Program Director oversees day-to-day program operations and is responsible for: budgeting, revenue and cost management, reimbursement, quality management, performance improvement, marketing and community education, and human resource management. The Program Director is responsible for maintaining collaborative and consultative client relationships, integrating programs within the hospital organization and creating effective working relationships within the company, both internal and external to the hospital organization. Ultimately, the Program Director is accountable for achieving program metrics, demonstrating the value proposition to the customer and contract retention.Qualifications: Bachelors degree and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Education: Bachelors Degree: Business Administration, Nursing or other health related field, Masters in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration preferred.
