We are seeking a skilled executive with deep experience overseeing the finances for physician group practice in an ambulatory setting. This executive will have expertise handling physician compensation, reimbursement issues, budget, and practice profitability for a large group practice. Experience handling finances for an MSO is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex financials to a varied audience is a must. The Finance Director, Physician Division will report to the Vice President, Group Operations.Candidate will have a bachelors degree in business or other relevant degree; ideally will be Masters prepared. Must have seven to ten years of experience overseeing finances for a large physician group. Experience handling mergers and acquisitions would be valuable.
