The successful candidate will be responsible for the interviewing, hiring, training, disciplining, evaluating, promoting, and terminating assigned staff, approximately 50 FTE. This position will also work side-by-side with HIM management in trend analysis, problem identification and resolution, goal setting and achievement, and policy development.
