POSITION REQUIREMENTS JOIN US NOW as we are seeking a PROJECT MANAGER - PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT to identify new areas of business opportunity and assist in strategic market planning activities for the hospital(s). The successful candidate will work with hospital departments and service lines to ensure all business planning efforts are aligned and consistent; assist and support physician recruitment efforts, participate in all marketing, public relations and community involvement activities to further promote brand equity for Chandler Regional Medical Center, Mercy Gilbert Medical Center and Catholic Healthcare West.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION:Develop and maintain market databases related to competitor performance and market share data, as well as future forecasting models for projected service line growth and market changes.Manage assigned projects and communicates & documents the status of project and new program activities to applicable management and administrative staff.Coordinate business planning activities with hospital departments and assists with the development of the Strategic Plan.
