The group is seeking a Practice Administrator for leadership and management of a staff of medical professionals and support staff, financial oversight and budgeting, strategic marketing, strategic planning and development, physician recruitment, administration of policies and procedures, administration of IT resources, including EHR, oversight of company compliance with state and federal laws, and management and oversight of the billing and collection process. College degree with Masters of Business or Health preferred. 10 or more years of management and financial experience in Healthcare. Prior orthopaedic group practice management experience is important, but other relevant experience will be considered. Experience with EHR systems is required. A background in orthopaedics is a plus. Seeking a seasoned health care executive to serve as Practice Administrator for this multi-site ophthalmic practice located in suburban Philadelphia. Minimum 10+ years health care experience, including prior leadership/management experience a must. Ophthalmology experience also a must. MBA and/or COE certification a plus. The individual will provide management for ACI Surgical Associates and its seven board-certified physicians as well as coordinate physician services with the Curtis and Elizabeth Anderson Cancer Institute at Memorial Health University Medical Center. The candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of the practice, program development and financial management.
