Monitors, responds to and insures data updates to critical hospital systems including codes and alarms and notifies appropriate personnel.JOB REQUIREMENTS: High School graduate or equivalent, some college preferred. Two years experience as a communication center operator. Knowledge of telephone consoles and related equipment. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with people over the telephone, often in stressful situations. Ability to speak clearly and articulate.
