Reporting to the Manager Pathology Laboratories, the Coordinator provides administrative leadership and coordinates the activities of the Histopathology, Immunopathology, Neuropathology and Electron Microscopy Laboratories. This position will liaise with the Medical Leader of Surgical Pathology in the development and enforcement of policies, processes and procedures including the development and monitoring of quality programs to ensure good laboratory practices and applicable standards are followed. The Coordinator will also act as an administrative resource; manage human and material resources; and monitor the laboratory budgets.
