DEPARTMENT: Rehabilitation Services SCHEDULE: Short hour, 8 hrs/week, Day shift EDUCATION/LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy curriculum with a Bachelors or Masters degree with certification in occupational therapy or foreign-trained equivalent. JOB SUMMARY: Provides independent occupational therapy management of patients, under the direction of the Director of Rehabilitation or designee. Provides occupational therapy services in specialized patient care clinics, and assists in the development, implementation, and review of departmental patient care programs. Delphi Healthcare Partners, Inc. (www.delphihp.com) is seeking an Orthopedic Physician Assistant to work in the follow-up clinic backing up our Orthopedic Hospitalist Program.- PA will work Monday - Friday from 8a-5p.- No Call- May need to assist in rounding on ER Orthopedic Patients

Position responsibilities will include both routine and special techniques/procedures to include all phases of Immunohistology.

Histology Technician - Completion of an approved training program in Histology; Florida state license as a technician in the speciality of Histology; ASCP registered as Histology Technician or equivalent; 1-2 years Histology Laboratory experience required; must possess technical and ethical decision making skills; fine hand manipulation skills required. Histotechnologist - Associates Degree; completion of an approved training program in Histology; Immunoperoxidase knowledge preferred; ASCP or equivalent; Histology Florida state licensure; 1-2 years Histology, Immunohistology and Medical Lab experience; ability to make technical and ethical decisions; fine hand manipulation skills.
