Qualifications: -Bilingual (English/Spanish) Level II required. -Master�s degree in a Social Work required. -Valid and current CA LCSW or LMFT license required. Two (2) years of post graduate experience in a behavioral health setting required. -Knowledge of and ability to utilize current DSM nomenclature required. -National Provider Identifier (NPI) required. -Assessment, evaluation, and treatment of children, adolescents, and adults with ability to provide individual, couples, family, and group treatment using a Cognitive Behavioral model. -At least two (2) years experience working in a mental health setting. -At least one (1) year experience working with Dual Diagnosis, primarily Substance users/abusers. -Diagnostic skills using the DSM IV multi-axis criteria. -Treatment plan development and implementation. -Consistently demonstrates the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors necessary to provide superior and culturally sensitive service to each other, to our members, and to customers, contracted providers, and vendors.Preferred Qualifications: -Interdisciplinary team experience preferred. -Ability to work along with a multi-disciplinary team. -Some program development for the Spanish speaking population.
