Become a part of Bakersfield Memorial. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Respiratory Care Practitioner with minimum of 1 year experience preferred. Experience should include knowledge of the difference modes of respiratory therapy. Work experience should include emergency response, skilled nursing, general floors, pediatrics and critical care. Must possess a current and valid California State RCP license and have current BLS. Must obtain NRP, ACLS and PALS or NBRC NPS certification within 12 months of hire. All certifications are required to be hired at an RCP II or above. Local399 Union position.
