Formal Education, License, and Experience: The formal education normally associated with completely satisfactory performance in this job is a Master´s degree in Social Work from an accredited School of Social Work. Licensure as a Social Worker in the State of Texas is required. Previous employment in health care, a health care specialization in schooling or a field work practicum in health care preferred.

Clinical social worker provides comprehensive psychosocial assessments, counseling and connection to community resources. MSW and current DC Social Work License required with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting. Bilingual (English and Spanish) and experience working the chronically ill adults preferred.

Qualifications: -Bilingual (English/Spanish) Level II required. -Master�s degree in a Social Work required. -Valid and current CA LCSW or LMFT license required.
