PURPOSE OF POSITIONPerforms diagnostic and/or vascular medical sonograms, exercising professional judgment in performance of procedures and assist the radiologist in conducting diagnostic examinations, requested by physicians, by applying soundwaves to patients, taking and developing radiographic film in a manner consistent with prescribed quality of patient care.Graduate of an accredited School of Ultrasound Technology. Registered (RDMS) or registry eligible (must take and pass Registry within one calendar year after hire)

High school diploma or GED requiredSuccessful completion of an ultrasound training program of no less than 12 months duration requiredExcellent customer service skills requiredCurrent BCLS certification requiredVascular experience/RVT strongly preferred.
