Texas Oncology in Fort Worth has an opening for an experienced Certified Medical Dosimetrist to join a dynamic team of dosimetrists, medical physicists and radiation oncologists in an innovative and progressive radiation therapy department. This is a full time position and candidates must be willing to rotate to various sites to provide coverage. This typically means three weeks at the center located at 8th Avenue in Fort Worth and one week rotating to other sites in Weatherford, Cleburne, and Southwest Fort Worth. Experience with the following equipment/software is strongly recommended: Varian Eclipse TPS (3D, IMRT, RapidArc), Mosaiq record and verify system, 21EX Linacs, IGRT, IMSure.The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited program in radiation therapy or dosimetry and have at least five to seven years of experience in dosimetry. Only candidates who are CMD will be considered for this position. Background in radiation therapy is preferred and ARRT required.
