We have an immediate opening for an Assistant Director of Patient Services in a 369 bed community hospital in Durham, NC. As the Assistant Director of Patient Services for ARAMARK Healthcare, you will:- Manage the client and ARAMARK nutrition standards, as well as follows established guidelines for JC and all other regulatory organizations. - Direct the planning of all aspects of clinical dietetics and the overall oversight of 5.5 dietitians, patient menu technicians and the patient tray line as appropriate. - Maintain and develop collaborative relationship with nursing and Physicians, and all hospital staff. - Oversee the management of the Clinical Nutrition process and other projects.- Collaborate with the management team and work closely with the Food Service Director. - Coordinate with the patient services team and ensure all standards of care are being followed and patient satisfaction targets are being met. Qualifications: Position Requirements:- Must be a Registered Dietitian with the American Dietetic Association´s CDR and Licensed in the state of North Carolina.- Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in dietetics, food science, nutrition, food service management, institutional management, or field relevant to function managed.- Minimum 3 years progressive and domestic clinical and food service management experience.- Ability to be flexible, multi-task, detailed and timely.- Must be completely customer and resident focused.- Excellent management, leadership, and communication skills (written and verbal) are essential.- Must be flexible to travel up to 5% of the time and work weekends as needed.
