Full time position, primarily 8:00 - 4:30 Mon - Fri. Provide comprehensive occupational therapy for Acute/Rehab units, including assessment, and treatment approaches for a wide variety of diagnosis three days a week. In acute care must be able to provide a range of occupational therapy assessments, treatments including functional ADLs, homemaking, therapeutic procedures and PAMS including Bioness H200. The other two days a week to provide occupational therapy services in a local school system for pediatric clients. In pediatrics must be able to administer a range of occupational therapy assessments including informal and standardized evaluations for local school system. Treatment will be focused around building functional school based skills for students in grades K-12. Successful candidate must be Registered and Licensed, or eligible, in the State of Maine as an occupational therapist. COTAs are eligible to apply. Will be required to work weekend rotation every 6th weekend.

The Aroostook Medical Center currently has an opening for an occupational therapist to work in our acquired brain injury program. This is a full-time position, primarily 8:00 - 4:30, Monday thru Friday, with occasional weekend rotation. Our program focuses on treatment of neurological impairments resulting from acquired brain injuries. The team approach for our clients is rooted in a multi-disciplinary combined physical disabilities and cognitive impairment perspective. Must be eligible for OTR certification and licensure within the State of Maine. Interview assistance, relocation assistance and a sign on bonus are available. COTAs with experience my be considered.

We are seeking a full time experienced mid-level provider to staff our inpatient adult medicine service. Work side-by-side with hospitalist team members to care for acute medical inpatients inclusive of admissions, daily rounds, consultation, and discharges throughout the hospital setting. This is a challenging opportunity to provide care to a variety of medical conditions.The successful candidate will join a dynamic, growing team consisting of physicians and mid-levels working day shifts with a rotating schedule of one-week-on , one-week-off, 7 am - 7 pm. Inpatient, neurological, orthopaedic, general medicine and acute rehab with some general outpatient duties. Occasional weekends and minimal travel required. Will work primarily at A.R. Gould Memorial Hospital in Presque Isle. New grads welcome. Maine state licensure or eligible. Must have a positive attitude and be team-oriented.
