Aurora Imaging Technology, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Applications Mgr who will be responsible for providing high quality, effective clinical applications training and ongoing applications support services to their dedicated breast MRI system customers.
The Aurora Clinical Applications Manager will be based in North Andover, MA and be responsible for: Planning and delivering on-site and/or remote clinical applications training for customers Planning and providing ongoing clinical applications support to customersEstablishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, including troubleshooting and following through to a prompt solution for customer questions or problems. Utilizing appropriate resources when needed to help close or solve a customer problem Supporting the development of clinical guides for use in training customersPlanning, directing and/or participating in the development of new training programs Supervising and training the clinical applications staff Participating in new product testing to bring end user exposure to new products Contributing to Auroras marketing and sales efforts Attending and participating in trade shows and other marketing events Maintaining patient and appropriate organizational confidentiality Requirements:AS degree and RT Certification with clinical experience in MRI, Must be a registered member of ARRT, 5-7 yrs. experience, excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills, and strong computer skills
