Position InformationThe Director of Cardiovascular Services will be responsible for 34 FTEs and will have the assistance of two direct reports. Responsibilities will include the oversight of four cath labs and one EP lab as well as noninvasive cardiology services. Qualified candidates will be bachelors prepared professionals with previous management experience. Clinical background as a registered nurse or cardiovascular technician a must. Masters preferred. Ideal candidates will posses strong leadership and communication skills, be a team player and have the ability to build strong relationships throughout the facility.Hospital InformationThe medical center is a 266-bed, Magnet facility serving over 600,000 residents in 22 counties throughout southeast Missouri and southern Illinois and is dedicated to continuous improvement of the regions health status in a collaborative, cost-effective manner.
