Physical Therapist
Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan and implement specific treatment programs for patients. Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team members. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years clinical experience. Current CT licensure in physical therapy or demonstrated eligibility. Graduate of accredited physical therapy program or equivalent and B.S. degree. Work days are Monday through Friday, one weekend per month as required and Holiday coverage possible.
