Qualifications Minimum two years in a direct patient care role preferred. Pediatric and phlebotomy experience strongly preferred. Must have a high school diploma or GED. Must have advanced schooling for Medical Assistant or Clinical Assistant training. Must have current Basic Life Support (health care provider AMHA). Physical Requirements Ability to Perform Essential Functions of the Job Job Overview Highly motivated medical assistant with excellent customer service skills. Must have excellent team working skills and be able to work closely with a small team of health care professionals. Must have excellent communication skills interacting with children and their families. Must have the ability to work with acute and chronically ill children in an outpatient setting.
