Qualifications Minimum of two years continuous experience using basic histology skills, embedding, sectioning and staining. Eligible to sit for the H.T. certification through ASCP. Advance knowledge of human anatomy, cellular structure and function. Advance laboratory technical skills, including ability to troubleshoot. QC work and advanced reagent preparation. Operation and maintenance of general laboratory equipment; analytical balance, pH meter, tissue processor, embedding center and microtome.
