Creative, dedicated social worker sought to make a difference in the lives of patients and their families. Work full time with a multi-disciplinary team as a part of the Division of Cardiology. Clinical social worker provides comprehensive psychosocial assessments, counseling and connection to community resources. MSW and current DC Social Work License required with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting. Bilingual (English and Spanish) and experience working the chronically ill adults preferred.
