Clinicas del Camino Real, Inc. currently has an exciting opportunity for a clinic-based Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to work in a truly unique and rewarding environment in Ventura County, California. Clinicas del Camino Real, Inc., is a multi-service, JCAHO accredited healthcare organization. The Psychologist or LCSW will apply psychological knowledge and techniques to the problems of mental disorder in adolescents and adults; conduct various forms of group and individual therapy including behavior modification and psychotherapy; select, administer, score and interpret psychological tests; assess patients and make recommendations on admission, transfer, discharge and therapeutic activities; serve as consultants within the facility or to other agencies and groups.Requirements: - Successful candidates will possess either a California Clinical Social Worker license; or a doctoral degree with specialization in clinical psychology and a clinical license to practice as a -+ in California. - Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is required. - Candidate must process essential personal qualifications including integrity, initiative, dependability, good judgment, and the ability to work cooperatively with others; and a state of health consistent with the ability to perform the assigned duties of the class.
