Physician Assistant - Family Medicine, Columbia Heights, MN
At Fairview Columbia Park Clinic we are seeking a Physician Assistant with previous primary care experience to join our 80+ physician multi-specialty practice. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of previous family medicine experience in a clinic and want to continue in a broad spectrum family medicine practice working collaboratively with the care team. This is a thriving outpatient practice with a multicultural patient mix of approximately 20 percent pediatrics, 50 percent adults and 30 percent geriatrics. Our group is very procedure-oriented and encourages providers to utilize their skills and special interests. Our Fairview Columbia Heights clinic is located on the northwest corner of 40th Avenue and Central Avenue in Columbia Heights and is located 13 miles north of Minneapolis. EEO/AA Employer
