Provides Adolescent group and family therapy, psycho-education, and discharge planning to patients receiving CD or Adolescent IOP program treatment.
Applies appropriate theory that is scientifically sound as a basis for decisions regarding clinical practice; Collects and documents clinical data that is comprehensive, accurate and systematic; develops a treatment plan and update with specified goals delineating clinical intervention unique to the patient; Facilitate process and educational groups for IOP patients and their family members; and Performs other duties as requested or requiredRequires a Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field or Licensed LPC or LMSW or LCSW, prefer two years experience in individual, group and/or family therapy. Prefer appropriate experience with Adolescent population that program serves.
