Clinical Manager provides management and oversees the delivery of specialized clinical services throughout the Laboratory department. Has direct responsibility for managing employee performance to ensure optimal functioning in day-to-day operation. Works collaboratively with Medical Director(s) to achieve department and unit strategic goals. Education/Learning Experience - Required: Bachelors degree in health related field or equivalent healthcare experience (7+ years of clinical experience). - Desired: A field of study related to clinical specialty. Work Experience - Required: 5+ years of clinical or equivalent healthcare experience demonstrating leadership skills. - Desired: Management experience. Skills/Knowledge - Required: Ability to adapt to changing work needs and to demonstrate effective customer service to internal and external customers. Ability to manage employee performance, patient care delivery, and fiscal performance.
