*Quality - Under the direction of the Lab Director is responsible for technical and scientific standards, serves as clinical/technical resource and coordinates quality activities. *Operations - Designs employee schedules and assignments to ensure the proper and timely completion of work , the health and safety of employees and the overall efficient operation of the section. *Fiscal - Assists in the development of budget and financial targets. *Customer Service - Promotes customer service by supporting Inova customer service behaviors. *Professional - Maintains personal/professional development to ensure effective job performance to contribute to organizational effectiveness. Requirements: At least four years of recent consecutive experience in specialty to include demonstrated abilities in teaching, human resource development, communication and problem solving.Education RequirementsBachelor of Science degree required Degree in medical technology from a NAACLS accredited MT program preferred Medical Lab Tech (American Society of Clinical Pathologists - ASCP) NAACLS program completed or experience as required
