Adheres to department policy regarding timeframe, form and content of written evaluations, progress notes and discharge summaries. Completes all administrative and other responsibilities in support of the operating unit. Requirements: -Virginia Licensed (or eligible for licensure). -BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR) required. -Basic computer knowledge, proficient in English verbal and written skills.-Outpatient experience in Neuro rehab and/or Women´s Health. Education Requirements:BS/MS/DPT in Physical Therapy.
