Under the supervision of the Lead Occupational Therapist, the Staff Occupational Therapist is part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for rehabilitating patients with impairments as a result of illness or injury. Responsibilities include evaluating, planning, preparing, implementing, and documenting individually designed examinations and treatments intended to help patients with UE injuries and impairments achieve their highest level of independence, taking into account safety and environmental adaptations, and including activities of daily living and vocational training.ABOUT LAHEY CLINICEncompassing 3 Medical Centers and 11 individual Group Practices around the area, Lahey Clinic is one of the largest providers of comprehensive healthcare services in New England.
