The Physical Therapy Assistant is responsible for the implementation of physical therapy treatment programs to home care patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. The PTA will be collaborating with other medical and ancillary personnel to carry out treatment programs and rehabilitate the patients to their fullest extent. Candidates must possess an associates degree in PTA. PTA license and a minimum of two years experience is required.Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island is a 294 bed teaching and research facility affiliated with the Alpert School of Medicine at Brown University and all of the schools of nursing and allied fields in the State of Rhode Island and the surrounding areas.
