Assist and direct staff to perform their duties efficiently and productively with patient satisfaction the number one priority. Assist with staff evaluation, coaching and counseling sessions. Assess and maintain competency of staff as related to job descriptions. Promote a supportive environment that encourages team work. Assist Director with planning, management of department and evaluation and purchase of capital equipment.
