Fun-loving group and great teamwork among all disciplines (PT/OT/ST).To provide occupational therapy services to patients/clients, including assessment, treatment program planning, goal setting and implementation, patient education, related documentation and communication in accordance with the ethics of the American Occupational Therapy Association, JCAHO, and Poudre Valley Health System.Degree in Occupational Therapy; MS preferred. Must have at least 1-3 years of experience in an acute inpatient setting. Demonstrates basic knowledge and competency in the use of equipment before allowed to utilize. Current certification by the Board of Registration of the American Occupational Therapy Association and registration with Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies to practice occupational therapy required. Obtains CPR certification within two months of hire and maintains certification thereafter.
