Family Practice PA will work full-time, 8 hour shifts, Monday through Friday from 3:45pm to 12:15am.
The Family Practice PA will work full-time in support of the Acute Minor Illness Clinic (AMIC) at Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The Family Practice PA will generally work 8 hour shifts, Monday through Friday from 3:45pm to 12:15am. Some Federal Holidays may be required.Requirements- Must have at least one (1) year of primary care experience treating patients of all ages for routine, urgent and emergent diseases and injuries and no more than twelve (12) months since the last work assignment. - Experience treating children ages 2 and under preferred. - Baccalaureate or Master“s degree in physician assistant studies - Be a graduate of a PA educational program accredited by CAHEA - Have and maintain NCCPA certification- Experience with military readiness processing, military physical examinations, and medical evaluation board dictations preferred- Must have and maintain BLS - Current DEA registration - A current, unrestricted license in any one of the fifty States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin IslandsHospital InformationWomack Army Medical Center (WAMC) is located at Fort Bragg, a United States Army installation near Fayetteville, NC.
