This position is located at Samaritan Hand Therapy, Albany/Corvallis, OregonThis position is responsible for providing safe and effective physical and/or occupational therapy services by implementing evaluation and treatment procedures designed to meet the identified needs of the patient. Communicates and works effectively with clients to achieve therapeutic goals. - Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy Licensure required. - Three (3) years physical therapy or occupational therapy experience preferred. - Successful completion of CHT exam required within one (1) year of becoming Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) eligible. - Healthcare Provider BLS required. - Ability to travel to multiple points of care: Albany/Corvallis
