Department: Rehab PsychologySalary: DOEHours: Full time, days.Location: Hospital Main CampusSeattle Children´s Hospital (SCH) is offering a full-time Pediatric Rehabilitation Psychologist or Neuropsychologist position in the Division of Rehabilitation Psychology. SCH is a large tertiary medical center affiliated with the University of Washington, School of Medicine, and serving a four state area. The Division of Rehabilitation Psychology provides consultation to multidisciplinary inpatient and outpatient Rehabilitation Medicine teams; neuropsychological assessments with children with traumatic brain injury and other CNS dysfunction; psychotherapy with children and adolescents with brain injury, spinal cord injury, neuromuscular disorders, rheumatological disorders (juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, reflex neurovascular dystrophy), and other chronic and acute disabilities; family therapy and parent training/ education; and consultation with schools. Minimum qualifications include: a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from an APA/CPA-accredited program with strong training in clinical child and adolescent psychology; completion of an accredited clinical psychology internship; at least one year of supervised postdoctoral training in pediatric neuropsychology, rehabilitation psychology, or pediatric psychology; current license or license eligibility in the state of Washington. Pediatric experience in a medical setting is required; physical rehabilitation experience is preferred. Salary and benefits are competitive.
