Seton Medical Center Hays Full/Part: Full-Time Evenings - 8hr Shift: Grade FLSA Status 016 N Responsibilities 1. Meets MT I expectations. 2. Performs, documents and evaluates defined quality control procedures required for tests assayed. 3. Anticipates and responds to changing and/or emergency situations. 4. Serves as a positive resource for peers and students. Promotes teamwork. Assumes charge/shift leader as appropriate. Minimum Qualifications Certification as a Medical Technologist (General) by the American Society for Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or equivalent is required.
