Brack Trauma Services Responsibilities 1. Manages Social Work, Eligibility, and PPAP staff in regards to daily operations and performance evaluation to achieve goals and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. 2. Maintains a small caseload and provides coverage for social service staff as needed. 3. Develops, implements and provides oversight to departmental performance improvement activities as well as collaborating with medical staff leadership, nursing leadership, and administrative leadership to improve performance and processes within the network clinic system. 4. Provides administrative oversight for provision of Social Service Responsibilities in the Network Community Health Clinics including managing the social service budget and establishing program standards. 5. Provides oversight, manages, tracks and reports on social service productivity. 6. Provides clinical supervision and finds resources for counseling/therapeutic services provided by the clinic social workers. 7. Develops, maintains, and implements policy and procedures for Social Work, Eligibility, and PPAP direct reports. 8. Networks with community and Seton Network resources to increase awareness of the Seton Community Health Clinics and to facilitate access to these services for the clinic patient population. 9. Participates in ongoing short and long range planning to help ensure the organizations social service needs are met and to maximize revenue and savings afforded to the network through therapeutic social work services and through savings generated by the PPAP staff. 10. Coordinates the selection, development and management of personnel. Minimum Qualifications Four (4) years of social work experience is required, to include experience providing individual or family counseling, and one (1) year of experience in a leadership role. Licensed Master or Clinical Social Worker (LMSW / LCSW) in the State of Texas is required.
