BR Brain Spine Rehab-Recovery Responsibilities 1. Provides and assists with delegated tasks and patient care according to the written treatment plan established by the Physical or Occupational Therapist. 2. Transports and transfers patients using good body mechanics. 3. Assists in maintaining a clean, safe and orderly environment to include, but not limited to, assigned housekeeping tasks, maintenance of equipment and stocking supplies. 4. Uses appropriate customer-oriented approach when interacting with others which helps achieve positive outcomes and team goals. 5. Participates in peer reviews of current staff members and the Seton Performance Improvement process. 6. Assists with charge entry, supply ordering, paring and stocking. 7. Maintains written records according to department standards. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Six months volunteer or work experience in a rehab setting is preferred. Within one month of hire, must obtain CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
