We are currently seeking a full time Registered Dietitian at our 86-bed center located in Kingsburg, CA. *Completing comprehensive nutrition assessments for all residents and incorporating nutrition interventions into the individualized interdisciplinary plan of care for residents as indicated. *Insuring that all assessments and care plans meet professional standards of practice, reflect current evidence-based practice, and are in full compliance with all applicable regulatory statutes. *Participating with the interdisciplinary teams to provide professional guidance for assessing and implementing care strategies and monitoring nutrition and hydration status of residents.

We are currently seeking a full time Registered Dietitian at our 100-bed center located in Mercer Island, WA. * Must possess BA in Dietetics/Nutrition and current registration and licensure (if applicable) or RD eligible pending successful completion of the registration examination required. * Previous Experience in Long Term Care consulting and/or regulatory oversight.* Strong organizational and communication skills. * Food Service Management experience preferred.* 1 year experience is desirable.
