The incumbent has clinical and administrative responsibilities at all three campuses (Dallas, FWOPC, Bonham). Duties include but are not limited to the following: routine audiometric evaluation, interviews, history taking, immittance audiometry, cerumen management, ear impressions, hearing aid fitting and verification, ENG and ABR test procedures, hearing aid repair and maintenance, and family/patient counseling and education. Knowledge of Remote Order Entry System (ROES) for hearing aid purchases and repair is essential. Assists in managing the hearing aid program, maintains clinical supplies, and orders needed items. Participates in the quality assurance program and develops performance measures as well as monitors the daily, monthly, and quarterly workload data. Must be familiar with the workload documentation and data collection process utilized in patient care activities. Must be flexible to meet changes in schedule needs.

Audiologist needed to expand busy ENT Department of multi-specialty physician group in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Position will work with a variety of patients of all age ranges in ENT clinic. Will work Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Responsibilities will include hearing and balance testing, hearing aid fitting and sales, audiometric testing, etc.Requires Masters Degree in Audiology and at least 1 year prior experience. Procedures may include evaluation, fitting and dispensing of hearing aids; cochlear implant assessment, programming and rehabilitation; and electro physiologic evaluation of the vestibular and auditory mechanisms, in addition to electro acoustic measures of the peripheral and central auditory systems. Counsels individuals with auditory disorders, their families and other service providers regarding the etiology of the disorder and its management.Provides reports and coordinates audiological results with other diagnostic data such as educational, medical, social and behavioral information.
