The position is within The Finger Lakes Heart Institute providing counseling, information and instruction on nutrition and diet as it relates to Heart Disease for Cardiac Rehab patients, family members and care givers. This person also develops, coordinates and implements in-house and community educational programs as it relates to Heart Disease. The successful candidate must be a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelors Degree in food and nutrition, with a preference of specialized education and experience in the area of Cardiac Rehabilitation. Experience in nutritional support and counseling is preferred.
