Otherwise, you can look at international organizations that have a presence in Iraq, such as Médecins Sans Frontières, the World Health Organization, and the International Committee of the Red Cross, or US-based groups with international interests, such as the CDC's Coordinating Office for Global Health or the Federal Government's USAJobs site, for Department of State (or other department) jobs in Iraq.

Another option is to check sites of private contractors, such as DynCorp International and KBR, which occasionally list healthcare jobs, though typically for nurses, medics, or PAs, or clearinghouse sites, such as Danger Zone Jobs, etc.
