Here's a list of license actions taken in summer 2003 for issues unrelated (directly) to practice. Makes you wonder what other pastimes people could be enjoying rather than … • "Felony robbery with
gun specification in 1996 for robbing a Food-Mart
with an accomplice while brandishing firearms." Decision
on license: Pending. • "Felony theft due to
'mis-scanning' items for boyfriend while working
as a cashier at a grocery store prior to licensure
application." Decision on license:
Stayed Suspension/Permanent Practice Restriction. • "Felony arson; started
fire in closet of ex-boyfriend's apartment." Decision
on license: Pending. • "Felony aggravated vehicular
assault, felony endangering children & misdemeanor
driving under the influence, prior to licensure application."
Decision on license: Stayed Suspension/Permanent
Practice Restriction. • "Felony aggravated arson;
encouraged a third person to set fire to a chair
on a porch of an apartment complex in 1999. Felony
theft involving writing a bad check in 1999." Decision
on license: Indefinite Suspension/Practice
and Permanent Narcotic Restriction. (Yes, it had
to be about drugs somehow, didn't it?) So be good when you're young. As your mother said, your past will come back to haunt you.
