Nashua, New Hampshire

Nashua is located in southern New Hampshire, 19 miles (31 kilometers) south of Manchester and 46 miles (74 kilometers) northwest of Boston. It is the county seat of Hillsborough County, and the second-largest city in the state, with a population of 86,605.

Nashua offers many historic sites and attractions. Former president John F. Kennedy gave his first campaign speech here in 1960, and the occasion is commemorated with a bronze sculpture. Visitors should also stop by the Abbot-Spalding House Museum, a beautiful Victorian mansion that houses many artifacts related to Nashua and the Merrimack region.
